PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multilayered film for a packaging material having high dart impact strength, excellent in moistureproofness and low temp. heat sealability, good in inflation moldability and high in productivity. SOLUTION: A multilayered film for a packaging material is constituted of at least a first layer comprising a polyolefinic resin based on high density polyethylene with a density of 0.935 g/cm3 or more, a second layer comprising an ethylenic resin based on an ethylene (co)polymer having a density of 0.86-0.97 g/cm3, a melt flow rate of 0.01-50 g/10 min and a mol.wt. distribution (Mw./Mn) of 1.5-4.5 and satisfying a specific parameter such as a compsn. distribution parameter Cb of 2.00 or less and a third layer comprising a polyethylenic resin based on an ethylenic polymer made by a high pressure radical method.
