PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surface protecting polyolefin film excellent in hand and cutting processability and capable of being used in place of a soft PVC film. SOLUTION: Surface layers each comprising 70-95 wt.% of low density polyethylene and 30-5 wt.% of an inorg. filler are laminated to both surfaces of an intermediate layer consisting of 70-100 wt.% of an ethylene/vinyl acetate copolymer and 30-0 wt.% of an inorg. filler to obtain a polyolefin film consisting of at least three layers.
