PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a building and a secondary product made of concrete by making concrete penetrate throughout into a form without leaving bubbles. SOLUTION: In this concrete placing method, the concrete placing space S in a form 15 composed of form plates 16 is sealed, and a vacuum pump 11 is connected to the form 15 through a concrete trap 13. An opening part 18 is formed near the upper part of the form plate 16b of one side part of the form 15. A concrete hopper 21 is connected to the opening part 18. The space S is evacuated by the pump 11, the opening part 18 is opened by a slide lid 19, and concrete charged into the hopper 21 is supplied from the opening part 18 into the space S.
