PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide artificial seaweeds for recovering shore-burning which can adhere natural seaweeds and sea algae onto rocks in a shore-burning state and allow them to grow, and which is easily fixable to the rocks, and to provide artificial seaweeds for egg-laying especially suitable for fish to lay eggs. SOLUTION: This artificial seaweed is totally constituted of a thin long straight plate-shaped stem part 2 and a head part 3 formed in continuation to the stem part 2. The head part 3 comprises the first wheel part 4 and the second wheel part 5. The first wheel part 4 is formed in such a manner that one end part 4a is smoothly continued to the upper end part 2a of the stem part 2, and the other end part 4b is smoothly continued to one end part 5a of the second wheel part 5. The other end part 5b of the second wheel part 5 overlaps the upper end part 2a of the stem 2, and the first wheel part 4 and the second wheel part 5 are each parallel to the longitudinal direction of the stem part 2, and they are formed in an outwardly opened state with the stem 2 as the center of axle.
