PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a restriction on a design of a printed material to which a small-sized bar code is to be added and to alleviate a load in association with reading of the code by setting a length of bar of the bar code to the same degree as a height of a character of the printed material or below. SOLUTION: In a lending cut form, a length of a bar of a small-sized bar code is set to the same degree as a height of a character or below. As a result, a restriction on design is reduced as compared with a bar code of not small size. In almost all the cases, since the one form can describe information regarding all stocks lent by the one lending cut form, if the small-sized code on the one form is read, returning treatment of the lent stock is completed, and hence a load in association with its reading work is alleviated. Thus, the management regarding the lending is executed by using the small-sized bar code to reduce the restriction on the design of the printed material with the bar code, thereby alleviating a load in association with the reading work. |
