PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To select and connect with only medical doctors who are prepared to accept a patient at the time of receiving emergency information from the patient by receiving communication from the patient, identifying the patient and selecting a medical doctor capable of coping with the identified patient so as to transmit medical information data of the patient to the doctor. SOLUTION: A receiving part 101 receives communication by telephone, or the like from the house of a patient and a patient identifying part 102 retrieves a first memory 103 to identify the patient of a communication opposite party. A medical doctor selecting part 104 selects medical doctors capable of coping with the identified patient from a second memory 105. A report preparing part 106 fetches various kinds of data on the address, name, age, sex, chart, disease condition, and the like, of the patient from the memory 103 to prepare the report of patient data. A transmission part 107 transmits the name, hospital name, telephone number, of the doctor selected by the part 104 to the house of the patient by voice or FAX and transmits the report of patient data prepared by the part 106 to the selected doctor. |
