PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative sheet excellent in interlaminar adhesion strength while having sufficient concealability capable of corresponding to a base material of every kind for a decorative material, capable of being inexpensively produced for a short time and easily corresponding to multikind and small-quantity production. SOLUTION: A concealing solid printing layer 2 is provided on a colored substrate sheet 1 and, pref., a pattern printing layer 3 and a transparent resin layer 4 are further provided on the printing layer 2. The substrate sheet 1 may be constituted by providing a colorless surface layer 11 and/or a rear surface layer 13 on the upper surface and/or rear surface of a colored resin layer 12. The compounding ratio of concealable pigment to the colored resin layer 12 is pref. 1-20 pts.wt. per 100 pts.wt. of a resin and the thickness of the concealing solid printing layer 2 is desirably 20μm or less.
