PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrict interference fringes by switching an angle of incidence of a laser light for every scanning line of a predetermined number to satisfy a specific expression to a photosensitive material, which has a photosensitive layer including silver halide particles of not larger than a specific average particle size on a supporting body of not larger than a specific thickness, and which has not smaller than a specific transmittance and not smaller than a specificγ. SOLUTION: A film of a silver halide thermal development photosensitive material has a photosensitive layer including an organic acid silver and silver halide particles of an average particle size of not larger than 0.1μm on a supporting body of a thickness of not larger than 200μm, and has a light transmittance of not smaller than 20% with an average wavelength of a laser light andγof not smaller than 2. Angles of incidenceθ1 andθ1 are selected to satisfy (N+0.5-(0.7/γ))((2 nh/λ)(cosθ1'-cosθ2')((N +0.5+(0.7/γ)) to any of integers N. In the formula, N is an integer, (n) is a refractive index of the photosensitive material, (h) is the thickness,λis the wavelength,θ1' andθ2' are angles of incidence of the laser light within the photosensitive material entering with angles of incidenceθ1 andθ2. Interference fringes can be prevented accordingly.
