PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify an exhaust emission control device in which NOx catalysts are disposed in parallel. SOLUTION: An exhaust gas flows into any one of exhaust pipes 11, 12 by connecting a three way valve 30 to an exhaust pipe 10 and operating a valve element 32 of the three way valve 30. The exhaust pipes 11, 12 are provided with NOx catalysts 61, 62. A reducing agent-feeding chamber 34 connected to the NOx catalyst in which no exhaust gas flows is provided on the three way valve 30 in spite of introducing the exhaust gas into any one of the NOx catalysts 61, 62. A rich gas feeding nozzle 40 is provided facing to the reducing agent-feeding chamber 34 and a rich gas as a reducing agent is feedable to the reducing agent-feeding chamber 34.
