PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain a mold for injection-molding a material such as rubber in a high temperature state by providing a permanent magnet encircled with an electric coil wrapped using a blocking material such as a heat-resistant resin, and a plurality of magnetic poles, each of which has one or more than one piece of magnet encircled with an insulated coil wrapped with an electrode piece on one of the housing parts of a heating element. SOLUTION: An electoropermanent magnetic surface plate has a soft steel baser 2 with holes 3 for housing a cartridge heater 4 and also a frame 5 of a ferromagnetic material fixed to a base by means of a bolt 6. An assembly formed of magnets 8 and magnetic pole pieces 9 is surrounded with electric coils 10 formed of windings copper cable 11 together with an insulating material based on glass or silicone. The copper cable 11 comprises a copper core wrapped with glass impregnated with silicone and a glass molding containing the silicone which encircles the copper core. The electric coil 10 is wrapped with a blocking material 12 made of a 'heat-resistant' resin or refractory cement. Thus it is possible to maintain a mold for injection-molding rubber or a similar material in a high temperature state.
