PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cam mechanism eliminating the necessity of cam replacement of a positive cam, by selectively using two kinds of the positive cams having a different cam shape. SOLUTION: A cam follower A3 of a first positive cam A, provided with two rollers A4, A5 in the cam follower A3 to engage one roller A4 with a main cam A6 and the other roller A5 with a sub-cam A7 making a motion equal to the main cam A6, and a cam follower B3 of a second positive cam B, having main/sub-cam A6, A7 of different shape from the first positive cam A, are inserted in a main shaft 1 of an operating lever 2. Both the cam followers A3, B3 are connected by fixing pins A9, B9 capable of engaging with the operating lever 2 and disengaging from it, and both the positive cams A, B are selectively used.
