PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rice transplanter capable of traveling at a speed much lower than a traveling speed at the planting works. SOLUTION: In a rice transplanter having a transmission composed so as to be change gear in a usual traveling state to travel at a usual traveling speed and a slow speed traveling state to travel at a seed lower than the usual traveling state, the transmission has an input shaft 43 interlockingly connected with a motor, and to the motor, and a low speed traveling gear 51 in a driving side is interlockingly connected with the input shaft 43. A speed change shaft 50 is interlockingly connected with a low speed traveling gear 52 in a driven side, and back and forth wheels are interlockingly connected with the speed change shaft 50. In the slow speed traveling state, the low speed traveling gear 51 in the driving side and the low speed traveling gear 52 in the driven side are spline-fitted.
