PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing device for a flexible planar member, which can surely fix the flexible planar member with no damage, which can facilitate fixing and renewal of the planar member. SOLUTION: A storage member 1 is fixed to the ground or the like by a plurality of fixing pins 2, and a retaining abutting member 3 is located in the storage member 1. Further, a plurality of bolts 4 are planted to the center of the upper surface of the upper wall of the abutting member 3, the lower ends thereof being welded. The bolts 4 are inserted into the retainers 5, respectively, and are screwed into nuts 6, respectively.
