PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a plurality of panels to be easily and surely fixed at equal intervals. SOLUTION: A plate fixing unit 1 is composed of an outer frame 101 to which BGA substrates are fixed, work guides 103 secured to the outer frame 101 and serving as a guide part for guiding the BGA substrates to their fixing positions, leaf springs 105 serving pawls for clamping the BGA substrates, coupling parts 7 for fixing and coupling the plurality of leaf springs 105, levers 111 for fixing (unfixing) the coupling parts 107 which are rotatable and slidable, and protrusions 113 for fixing the levers 111. With this arrangement, when the coupling parts 107 are fixed by the lever 111 and the protrusion 113, the plurality of leaf springs 105 are urged toward the corresponding workguides 113, thereby it is possible to surely fix the BAG substrates.
