PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a frame body assembling structure which is excellent in transportation efficiency of a frame body, etc., and economical in transportation cost, and can be easily and securely assembled in the construction field even if the operator is not skilled. SOLUTION: Jamb members 11 and horizontal frame members 12 vertically and horizontally form a frame body 10. End faces of the jamb members 11 or the horizontal frame members 12 each has a tongue-like projection 14 with a predetermined width, and a wedge communicating hole 13 having a predetermined internal void area is formed in the projection 14. A side surface of the other frame member at an end thereof, which is to be abutted on the end face of the frame member has a projection communicating hole 15 with a predetermined width, into which the tongue-like projection 14 can be inserted. Further, a wedge body 16 is provided which is driven into the wedge communicating hole 13 of the tongue-like projection 14 which has been inserted into the projection communicating hole 15, whereby the jamb members 11 and the horizontal frame members 12 can be connected together in one body.
