PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten an execution time, to reduce construction cost and to improve the positional accuracy of a frame by installing the reinforcing frame at a position corresponding to the place of the arrangement of a vibration isolation device in floor beams on the first floor section of an upper structure by a house unit. SOLUTION: An upper structure by a house unit having box rigid frame structure is vibration-isolated and borne from the ground side by vibration isolation devices such as vibration isolation isolators 30.... In the vibration isolation building, L-shaped reinforcing frames 14..., I-shaped reinforcing frames 15..., angle braces 16..., etc., are mounted at positions corresponding to the places of the arrangement of the vibration isolation devices in floor beams on the first floor section of the upper structure, and floor rigidity is ensured. These reinforcing frames 14, 15, the angle braces 16 or the like can be set up previously to the floor beams in the factory production process of the house unit. Accordingly, an execution time can be shortened, construction cost reduced and the positional accuracy of the frames improved.
