PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily replenish a soil improvement agent in a short time. SOLUTION: A mixer 3, a material soil hopper 8, a material soil conveyor 7 and an improved soil conveyor 10 are installed to a car body 1 with a travelling body 2. A soil-improvement agent feeder composed of a liquid supply means 11, a liquid tank 12 and a liquid ejection means 13 is mounted on the car body 1. The liquid ejection means 13 is set up near the charging port side of the mixer 3, and a liquid soil-improvement agent is ejected and supplied onto material soil conveyed by the material soil conveyor 7. Thus, the liquid tank 12 is fitted at a low place, and soil can be fed easily with the agent in a short time.
