PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a hat to be nipped without causing wrinkle. SOLUTION: This frame 10 for a hat 1 has a cylindrical receiving frame 11 to be inserted into the inner side of the hat 1, and a holding band 12 for nipping the hat between the band 12 and the receiving frame 11 by being coiled around the outside of the hat 1. One terminal 12a and the other terminal 12b of the holding band 12 are pivoted or latched on positions apart from the receiving frame 11 in the outer periphery side. Pushing fragments 13 protruding to the receiving frame 11 are formed at the vicinities of the one terminal 12a apart from the receiving frame 11 and the other terminal 12b in the band edge of the holding band 12, and the corresponding portion 2 of the hat 1 is strained by pushing the corresponding portion 2 by the pushing fragments 13 to the receiving frame 11 so as not float from the receiving frame 11.
