PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spinneret pack having a structure suitable for the spinneret pack having a penetrating hole in its center, and to provide a melt-spinning device having a spinning tube with a compact structure. SOLUTION: This melt spinning device is provided by assembling a center spacer 203 formed with a penetrating hole and having a cross section of a reversed T shape with a spinneret 202 as one unit, also forming a polymer flow passage having a cross section with an almost Z shape between a polymer filter (sand 210) and a spinning nozzle 202a. Further, the spinning tube 300 consists of an air-penetrating inner tube 301, an outer tube 302 surrounded by putting plural inner tubes together and a cooling air-supplying duct 303 connected to the outer tube 302.
