PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-shielding film which has excellent mechanical characteristics such as excellent dart impact strength, excellent low temperature heat sealability, excellent light-shielding property, and so on. SOLUTION: A light-shielding film comprises (A) an ethylene (co)polymer which satisfies a density of 0.86 to 0.97 g/cm3, a melt flow rate of 0.01 to 50 g/10 min, a mol.wt. distribution (Mw/Mn) of 1.5 to 4.5, and a composition distribution parameter Cb of <=2.00, and (B) a resin material containing a light- shielding substance. A light-shielding film also comprises a plurality of polyolefin-based resin layers, wherein, (A) at least one of the polyolefin-based resin layers comprises a resin material having an ethylene (co)polymer, and (B) at least one of the polyolefin-based resin layers contains a light-shielding substance.
