PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the interior trim component of an automobile using photosensitive discoloring material changing color by light, particularly ultraviolet rays to improve safety or decorative effect by forming the interior trim component out of photosensitive discoloring material changing the color by light, in the interior trim component constituted of the sunvisor or the like of an automobile. SOLUTION: A sunvisor main body 1 is made of light shading material, formed into a rectangle having a cutout part 1a on one end side, formed with a square hole shaped opening part 1b on the center part, and a light transmitting plate 2 made of photosensitive discoloring material is fitted into the opening part 1b. When the sunvisor main body 1 receives the sunlight containing strong ultraviolet rays in the daytime, the light transmitting plate 2 in the transparent, translucent, or smoke condition is colored by the action of ultraviolet rays, and the sunlight is shaded. Consequently, glaring for a driver is avoided and the automobile can be safely driven. Meanwhile, at weak ultraviolet rays in the morning or the evening, because the light transmitting plate 2 is maintained to be in the transparent, translucent, or smoke condition, the fixed forward range of vision can be insured.
