PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent noise and injury of a floor face generated by the wheel of an electric cleaner from generating and attain decrease of cost and high durability by providing a wheel main body and a contact member arranged on the outer circumference of the wheel main body and contacting with a floor face or the like, and forming the contact member out of material of nonwoven fabric impregnated with synthetic resin. SOLUTION: In a suction tool for floor used for an electric cleaner, a running wheel 29 of nearly the same diameter as a main body outer form is supported with the journal parts on both sides of the main body. In this case, in the running wheel 29, a contact member 39 is arranged on the outer circumference of a wheel main body 31. Namely, by engaging the lock claw 34 of a cap 32 with the lock hole 33 of the wheel main body 31 to fit the cap 32 to it under the condition of bringing the one end face of the contact member 39 in contact with the flange part 38, the contact member 39 is pinchedly held between the wheel main body 31 and the cap 32. The contact member 39 is formed by impregnating a nonwoven fabric made of resin such as polyethylene with resin such as NBR (synthetic resin). Hereby, cushioning property, sound absorption, or the like is improved, and in addition heat resistance or wear resistance is also improved.
