PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To seal a plurality of data printed sheets each having slightly smaller lateral width in one sheet by forming one of the plurality of the sheets corresponding to an envelope, and superposing and three-holding the residual sheets thereon, thereby forming a composite type sealing mail by sealing. SOLUTION: While passing an initial SLP-1 to become an envelope, SLT-1, SLT-2 are disposed at an outside of the SLP-1, and while next OP1-1 arrives at a position YY immediately after passing the SLP-1, the SLT-1 and the SLT-2 are moved so as to arrive at predetermined positions X1X1, X2X2 of inside from both the ends of the sheet. Thus, the OP1-1 and the OP1-2 are cut out at both oblique ends of the OP1-1 and the OP1-2 to become narrower lateral width than the SLP-1, and superposed on the SLP-1. Then, the mail in which two OP1-1 and OP1-2 are contained is obtained by coating and drying both end-press bonding adhesive of the three-folding and the SLP-1 with the adhesive as three sets retained as it is in this state.
