<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly transfer various navigation information to a user of an optional traffic facility at an optional position by receiving and displaying the present position information transmitted from a position information transmitter of the present position with a dedicated card in a station precinct of the optional traffic facility or in a train. SOLUTION: A processor in a ticket window reader/writer 1 writing the utilization zone information from station A to station B on a dedicated card 2 transmits the utilization zone information of a traffic facility and records it on the dedicated card 2. A position information transmitter 3 in a station precinct or in a train reports and displays the installation position to the dedicated card 2 and reports the present position of the carrier of the dedicated card 2. The dedicated card 2 transmits the utilization zone information before it receives the guidance information based on the utilization zone information recorded on the dedicated card 2 and read by a guidance information transceiver 5 in the station precinct, and the guidance information transceiver 5 receiving the utilization zone information retrieves a database memory and extracts and transmits the guidance information based on the present position of the dedicated card 2.</p> |
