PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a sharp corner part to a skin along the corner part of a base material when a skin is laminated to the base material having an almost right-angled corner part. SOLUTION: A base material 10 has first and second outer surface parts 12, 16 extending in an almost right-angled direction so as to hold a corner part 18 therebetween. The second region 16b adjacent to the corner part 18 of the second outer surface part 16 is set to an uncoated region of an adhesive 36 and the first region 16a adjacent to the second region 16b of the second outer surface part 16 and the whole surface of the outer surface part 12 are set to the coated regions of the adhesive 36. When a skin 20 is laminated to the base material 10, the skin 20 exceeds the corner part 18 from the first outer surface part 12 to be laminated to the second region 16b of the second outer surface 16 and further laminated under pressure from the second region 16b to the first region 16a. By this constitution, the skin 20 is stretched in the second region 16b and an almost right-angled corner part is formed to the skin along the corner part 18. |
