PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for thawing and cooking noodles capable of bringing palatability such as stiffness of noodles, smooth swallowing feeling and the like to be better in reproducing thawing in eating the frozen noodles. SOLUTION: In reproducing boiled noodles in thawing and cooking the frozen noodles, it is specific that the frozen noodles are thawed by putting them in a microwave oven and irradiating microwaves in a state not in contact with water and aqueous solutions such as soup and the like and heated to make the temperature in the central part of the noodles higher than that to start gelatinization. |
