PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new texture crepe food by rolling a crepe on a fully sauce-containing sausage or Hamburg steak in a rolled drain board style. SOLUTION: This crepe rolled in a rolled drain board style is obtained by forming a cylindrical sauce hole reaching from the longitudinal upper end of a sausage to a place near to its bottom portion, pouring a sauce into the sauce hole, and then rolling an approximately rectangular crepe on the side surface of the sausage several times in a rolled drain board style. The sausage may be replaced with a Hamburg steak. |
