PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sterilizing and disinfecting wiper which is favorable to the wiped side (sick persons, aged persons, others requiring care, etc.), and which is convenient to use to provide sterilizing and disinfecting effect to the wiper using side (nursing persons, caretakers, etc.), by using strong acid water (having sterilizing, disinfecting, and astringent effect), putting sterilized and dried wiping body in a bag, breaking a bag of strong acid water in the bag in usage to wet the viper, and completely sterilizing and disinfecting them. SOLUTION: In an outer bag body 1 composed of water-resistant material, a water-resistant bag 2 including strong acid water X, and a dried and sterilized wiper 3 are put, and air inside the outer bag body 1 is shielded. |
