PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dustproof guide device eliminating a sliding part, preventing dust generated in a device from dispersing to the outside, and most suitable for a clean room, etc. SOLUTION: In this dustproof guide device, a part of a movable body 14 is protruded to the outside through an opening part 13 formed by an exterior cover 12, and the movable body 14 moves along the opening part 13. This device is provided with seal members 15a, 15b having flexibility and for covering the opening part 13, a first magnetic circuit (polarizing powder which the seal members contain) for giving absorption force in a direction to cover the opening part 13 to the seal members 15a, 15b, and a second magnetic circuit (a polarizing part of the movable body) provided on the movable body 14, for causing repulsive force against the first magnetic circuit.
