摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily smooth an inner circumferential surface without cutting a bead or a recess generated during the electric resistance welding, and to prevent generation of chips of the bead by arranging a roller in an electric resistance welded tube, and squeezing the bead generated during the welding against the inner circumferential surface side of the electric resistance welded tube while moving either the electric resistance welded tube or the roller in the axial direction. SOLUTION: A part of a pipe 2 with a bead 3 left behind is forcibly inserted between a bead squeezing roller 13 and a receiving roller 14 in the P direction, and the bead is squeezed against the inner circumferential surface side of the pipe 2 by the receiving roller 14. The bead 3 may be squeezed only by the bead squeezing roller 13, or squeezed in cooperation with the receiving roller 14. An outer circumference of the bead squeezing roller 13 is formed in a projecting shape so as to be along the inner circumference of the pipe 2, while an outer circumference of the receiving roller 14 is preferably formed in a recessed shape so as to be along an outer circumference of the pipe 2. Severe control in bead treatment becomes unnecessary, and the efficiency can be improved.
