PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anti-fungus/mildewproof material which has an excellent anti-fungus/mildewproof effect on perishable foods or the like and which is useful as a packaging material or as a cushioning material for the perishable foods or the like. SOLUTION: An anti-fungus/mildewproof material is formed of a base material selected from among an unwoven cloth, a woven cloth, a perforated or an unperforated plastic film, and a composite of these materials, impregnated or coated with a composition containing at least one member of diallyl phthalate components and a pentaerythritol tetra(3-mercaptopropionate) as essential ingredients.
