PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To keep a space in an electric car to store a wheelchair and easily put the wheelchair in and out of the space. SOLUTION: A recess 4 as a wheelchair storage is provided in an area on the side of contact of a cabin with a floor of a partition wall 1 in an electric car. A cover 6 is mounted at the opening of the recess 4, the cover 6 being movable to the depth via guide rods 9, 9. The cover 6 is thrust and energized to be moved to the direction of closing the opening of the recess 4 all times by enlarging pressure coil springs 10, 10. A tightener 11 for fixing the wheelchair stored in the opening of the recess 4 is mounted thereon.
