PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grill cover structure capable of enhancing quality in appearance while diffusion of rader wave is being restrained. SOLUTION: A cover body 15 is fitted in a housing opening part 10a. The cover body 15 is formed out of a flat plate surface part 16 made out of flat plate base material 26, and of a film member 27. The film member 27 employs a transparent resin sheet 28 to be mounted to the back surface of the flat plate base material 26 as a base member. Black colored layers 29 and 29 having a prescribed width each in spaced relation as specified while being positioned at one part on the back surface in the grill cover front surface, and a grill colored layer 31 formed by means of indium evaporation so as to be coated over the aforesaid black colored layers 29 and 29 in such a way as to be roughly identical in color to the horizontal muntin part 8, and a vertical muntin part.
