PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a gap from being generated between an upper armrest and a door trim, even when a door is opened and closed putting a hand onto a pull handle part of the upper armrest. SOLUTION: A bracket 5b provided in an upper part of a lower armrest 5, and an attaching part 5e provided in a lower part are attached to a door trim 2, a locking part 4c is projected in a bottom face of a recessed part 4a for forming a pull handle part 4b in an upper armrest 4, the upper armrest 4 is attached to the lower armrest 5 by a locking means 6 in a condition where the locking part 4c is locked to the bracket 5b of the lower armrest 5, the bracket 5b of the lower armrest 5 and the lower attaching part 5e are attached to the door trim 2, and the locking part 4c projected in the recessed part 4a bottom of the upper armrest 4 is locked to the bracket 5b.
