THERMOPLASTIC RESIN COMPOSITION AND ITS MOLDED ARTICLE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoplastic resin composition which has the excellent mechanical properties of a thermoplastic resin and excellent secondary processing properties such as excellent adhesivity to polar resins. SOLUTION: This thermoplastic resin composition comprises (1) 50 to 99 wt.% of a non-polarα-olefinic thermoplastic resin and (2) 1 to 50 wt.% of a multi-phase structure type graft copolymer which is a graft copolymer comprising 5 to 99 wt.% of a copolymer segment formed from a non-polarα-olefinic monomer and a polar vinylic monomer and 1 to 95 wt.% of a vinylic (co)polymer segment formed from at least one vinylic monomer, wherein one of both the segments is dispersed in the other in a particle diameter of 0.001 to 10μm.
