PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow vertical swing motion of a suspension arm and intercept vibration noise by combining a suspension member with a vehicle body by a fixing bolt, and respectively interposing an auxiliary elastic body between an elastic bush and a fixing bolt and between the elastic bush and the vehicle body. SOLUTION: An auxiliary elastic body 27 made of rubber is formed out of a cylindrical part 28 and elastic flanges 29 on both the ends, the cylindrical part 28 is arranged between an elastic bush 10 and a fixing bolt 14 and both flanges 29 are arranged between the elastic bush 10 and a vehicle body 1. A cylindrical steel distance piece 30 is arranged between the auxiliary elastic body 27 and the fixing bolt 14, and a flange 31 is formed on the upper side, and the upper side elastic flange 29 is pinchedly held between the flange 31 and an upper plate 15. Further the lower side elastic flange 29 is pinchedly held between a washer 32 and a lower plate 16. The bolt 14 is penetrated through the distance piece 30 under the condition of closely contacting, and a nut 17 is firmly fastened.
