PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor panel capable of coping with the irregularities of a floor surface and capable of being cut to a proper size by aligning unit support elements each formed with a top plate and a support leg in the vertical and horizontal directions, and connecting fine intervals provided between adjacent top plates with connecting hinge sections. SOLUTION: Many unit support elements 2 each formed with a top plate and a support leg are aligned in the vertical and horizontal directions at fine intervals, and they are connected together by connecting materials 3 to form a floor panel. The peripheral edge section of each top plate is protruded outward from the support leg, a fine interval is formed between adjacent support elements 2, and connecting hinge sections are formed as connecting materials 3 between the top plates. The thickness of the connecting hinge section is made nearly equal to that of the top plate, its width is made nearly equal to that of the top plate, or the connecting hinge section is formed into a shape having a trapezoidal cross section with its upper face section made about 1/2 of the top plate thickness. The unit support element 2 and the connecting hinge sections are integrally molded with a resin, and the connecting hinge sections are cut to form the floor panel of a proper size for use. This floor panel can cope with various irregularities of a floor surface, the time required for cutting can be shortened, and execution can be facilitated.
