PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an L-shaped angle and a metal fixture in which a hole need not be made in a flange of a beam in advance, thus, this drilling work becomes unnecessary, the positioning of the hole at site becomes unnecessary, and the fixing work is extremely efficient in fixing the L-shaped angle to the flange of the beam formed of a H shape beam steel flange, and a method for fixing an external wall panel using these components. SOLUTION: In an L-shaped angle, long holes are bored with constant intervals in the longitudinal direction in a horizontal part 1-1 having a streak piece part having a hook-shaped part 1-3 curved in U-shape on a tip is integrally or separately formed. A metal fixture 3 is of substantially U-shaped section provided with a parallel wall, and a screw hole 3-4 for bolt is made in one wall part.
