<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the stop time of a manufacturing line to improve the production efficiency by providing two or more manufacturing lines, and making at least a first manufacturing line among them end manufacturing earlier than the other manufacturing lines. SOLUTION: The amounts of finished goods outputted in the respective manufacturing lines are arranged to be totalized, and it is confirmed whether the total amount reaches a present rated number or not (S13). If not, again the amount of finished goods is continued to be monitored to continue production in all of the manufacturing lines (S12). When it reaches the rated number, the supply of material to the other manufacturing lines is suspended except one manufacturing line to switch to similar products of another kind or another order (S14). In the last manufacturing line, according to the tabulted result, the target manufacturing amount in the last one manufacturing line is again set (S16). As setting is done in one manufacturing line, the number of underway products is 600 so as to reduce risk addition.</p> |
