PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a molding which permits the storage of oxygen-sensitive foods, cosmetics, medicines, etc., for a long term by molding a composition containing a thermoplastic resin containing an oxidizable polyamide resin and a transition metal compound. SOLUTION: A composition is molded which is obtained by adding a transition metal compound to a thermoplastic resin comprising at least 1 wt.% oxidizable polyamide resin having an amino content of 20 mmol eq/kg or below and a non-oxidizable thermoplastic resin such as a non-oxidizable polyester resin having an inherent viscosity of 0.55 or above. It is desirable that the transition metal compound is contained mainly in the oxidizable polyamide resin, is contained in an amount of at least 200 ppm in terms of the metal in the oxidizable polyamide resin, and is contained in an amount of at least 30 ppm in the polymer constituting the container. The non-oxidizable thermoplastic polyester resin is a polyester composed of an acid component comprising at least 80 mol% terephthalic acid and a glycol component comprising at least 80 mol% ethylene glycol.
|
