PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite cooking utensil which does not generate an uncomfortable feeling based on a heating air stream, and also, can be adapted to various kinds of usages. SOLUTION: This composite cooking utensil 1 comprises a pot 2 and a plate 10, and in the pot 2, a heating cylinder 4 accompanying a cylinder hole 5 at the top end, is erected upward on the bottom section 2b. At the same time, a receiving section 3 is formed in an area between the heating cylinder 4 and the side wall 2a of the pot 2. On the plate surface 11 of the plate 10, an open hole 13 which emits a heating air stream upward is formed at the center, and at the same time, through holes 12 in order to distribute the heating air stream for a heat-cooking are formed on the side peripheral section of the open hole 13. In addition, on the edge section of the open hole 13, a protruding wall 15 is formed in a manner to form a central hole 13a which communicates with the open hole 13. In this case, the plate 10 is detachably fitted on the upper peripheral edge 2c of the pot 2 under a state that the open hole 13 is confronted with the cylinder hole 5 of the heating cylinder 4.
