PRINTER CONTROL BASED ON HEAD ALIGNMENT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a quality of images to be outputted when a print head is out of alignment. SOLUTION: A printing system judges whether or not a print head of a printer is effectively aligned. One system for controlling printing a print job is selected from many different printing systems in accordance with the judgment result. The printing system selected when the print head is not effectively aligned controls printing by designating the printer to use only one selected print head.
