PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine capable of respectively individually guiding balls, which flow in a plurality of ball entering holes, to required positions on the rear side of a play panel without using a guide conduit member in the shape of flat box sized over a plurality of through holes corresponding to the ball entering holes of various prize winning devices or prize winning instruments. SOLUTION: On the front face of a play panel 10 a plurality of ball entering holes, where balls can flow in, are provided and these ball entering holes area respectively opened through a plurality of through holes 43, 44 and 45, which are arranged through the play panel 10, to the rear side of this play panel 10. On the rear side of the play panel 10, a plurality of ball guide pipes 70, 71 and 72 are connected for respectively individually guiding the balls, which flow in the ball entering holes, to the required positions.
