PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shelf support that can hold a shelf board securely in both back-and-forth and up-and-down directions and can facilitate mounting/ demounting of the shelf board. SOLUTION: The bracket comprises a shelf support body 1 put in contact with the undersurface of a shelf board (e) to support it, a fitting pin 17 projected from one side of the shelf support body 1 so as to fit in a fitting hole (h) in a side panel (g) or to hold the shelf support body 1 on the side panel (g), and an L-shaped holder 2 with one end pivotally connected to the shelf support body 1 and the other shaped into a hooked catch 22.
