PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To protect a solar cell cover from traffic, prevent a lowering of light- collecting power and prolong the life of a solar cell type luminous road rivet by attaching a partition frame having a high rigidity inside the case of the solar cell type luminous road rivet. SOLUTION: A partition frame 31 for protecting a solar cell type cover 41 is installed inside a case 21 of a solar cell type luminous road rivet to be installed on the surface of a road. A partition frame 31 is formed of an outer frame at an outer peripheral portion in contact with the inner periphery of the case 21 and a grid-shaped partition separating the inside of the outer frame and is produced of a raw material having a high rigidity such as aluminum cast iron. A partition frame 31 attached to the inside of the case 21 prohibits the contact of traffic on the road to the solar cell cover 41, thereby the surface of the solar cell cover 41 is prevented from being scratched resulting in a drop in the light-collecting power and the life of the solar cell type luminous road rivet is prolonged. Also, since the strength of the solar cell cover 41 can be reduced, the thickness of the solar cell cover 41 can be reduced or its shape can be changed so that the light collecting effect can be improved. |
