PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems of high manufacturing cost due to complicated structure, and of a hollow needle piercing a hand or finger unexpectedly. SOLUTION: This device is provided with an extension tube 2 connected to the back end side of a hollow needle 1, and a needle protector 3 slidably inserted into the extension tube 2. The hollow needle 1 comprises, for example, a normal metal needle of chrome steel, and wing-shaped tabs 4 are protruded on the base end side. The needle protector 3 is formed of proper material such as synthetic resin in a cylindrical form opened at both ends, and it has slits 3a, 3a along its length. The slits 3a, 3a communicated with a tip opening 3b of the protector 3 to allow the wing-shaped tabs 4 to slide. The wing-shaped tabs 4 comprise symmetric soft synthetic resin members, and they are protruded to be wide in a width direction on the base end side of the hollow needle. |
