PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it easy to perform a cleaning operation at the time of replacing of ink or the like and thereby mitigate the burden of an operator and at the same time, upgrade the productivity, in a printing press with an ink tray mounting structure, an ink tray mounting member and a method for replacing an ink tray. SOLUTION: An ink supply device 2 equipped with an ink tray 30, in a freely attachable/detachable manner, in an ink fountain is provided on the upper part of a printing press unit 1, and an ink tray mounting structure 50 receiving at least two mountable ink trays 30 is formed above the ink supply device 2 of the printing press unit 1. In addition, a new ink tray 30 is previously mounted on a first mounting part of the ink tray mounting structure 50 and the ink tray removed from the ink fountain is mounted on a second mounting part. Further, after the ink fountain is internally cleaned, the new ink tray 30 is unloaded from the first mounting part to be fitted into the ink fountain. |
