PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a dried shark fin like food' capable of producing such food resembling to the natural shark fin and also having each different shape (especially in length) simultaneously and relatively easily. SOLUTION: This dried shark fin like food is produced by ejecting a gelatin sol obtained by heating and dissolving a mixture of a gelatin and other optional raw materials on a traveling surface such as a belt conveyer 4, a rotary drum or the like in a state of differentiating a part of or whole material ejecting time each other by each prescribed length as streamlined shapes, and coagulating the streamlined gelatin sol on the traveling surface with a coagulating liquid to produce several kinds of dried shark fin like food having different lengths by a relatively simple method. |
