PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the coaxiality of a bearing of a blower wherein a shaft rotating an impeller is supported by two ball bearings. SOLUTION: In this blower 1, wherein an impeller 17 is fixed to one end of a shaft 11, two ball bearings 8, 9, whose outer rings are larger than their inner rings, are inserted to a bearing box 7b made of a resin from one direction and an inner ring of one of the ball bearings 8, 9 is pressed on the other one 9 by a spring 14 for serving as a bearing to support the shaft 11. The two ball bearings 8, 9 are fixed in a position where the coaxiality relative to the shaft 11 is the smallest, and hold that part by pressing the inner rings with the spring 14 for applying pre-load to them.
