摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To three-dimensionally control a load distribution of a blade so as to reduce loss by forming a turbine moving blade in a first half load type or an intermediate load type at an inner wheel side, and in a latter half load type at a rear wheel side. SOLUTION: A load of a turbine moving blade is associated with a circumferential direction speed change ratio of an axial direction of the turbine blade. In a normal condition, the circumferential direction speed change ratio is reduced until a certain range from an inlet side, and it is nearly constant in an intermediate range. On the other hand, the change ratio is increased in a later half period, and thereby, there are two branch control points. The turbine moving blade is formed in a first half load type or a latter half load type wherein two branch control points exist at a first or latter half point of a flow path along a meridian plane, at a hub or a chip side. On the other hand, the turbine moving blade is formed in an intermediate load type wherein a first branch control point exists at a first half point and a second branch control point exists at a latter half point, at an intermediate point (a mid span) of the hub or the chip side. In the blade shape, the load distribution of the whole blade is set so as to make the maximum load position differ at a width direction of the flow path, and so as to perform relatively large work near the mid span.
